The specific scope of services provided to each client will be outlined in an engagement letter.

When using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations, to not use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose, to not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website, and to not reproduce or distribute content from our website without written permission.

Court filing fees, search charges, and other third-party disbursements are billed separately at cost. We reserve the right to suspend work on a matter if agreed payment milestones are not met.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Amanah Trust Setup: The service covers advisory, documentation, and trust deed drafting. It does not include ongoing trust administration or asset transfer procedures, which may be arranged separately. Heir Tracing: While we employ thorough investigative methods, we cannot provide assurances that every search will yield results. Fees cover the investigative effort regardless of outcome. Estate Accounts: Accuracy of the accounts depends on the completeness and correctness of financial records provided. We will identify gaps in documentation and request supplementary materials as needed.

8. Disclaimers

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Melaka, Malaysia.

These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Netheroak regarding the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
